IF NOT ABLE TO RUN, DO ROWS INSTEAD: 500M/1000M/1500M

OTHER OPTION WOULD BE TO BIKE ON AN AIRDYNE OR ASSAULT BIKE, AND GO FOR THE SAME DISTANCE OF THE RUN.
